LES HAUTS. A place to get away from it all. A place to relax. A place for writers and artists who need to get away from it all to get to it all.

The view is wide. Miles of sky.

Sometimes we need a place for ourselves.

LES HAUTS is such a place. There is satellite television plus wireless internet, to be connected, when it suits.

You can also be away from so many of the things that tug continually.

It's private. It's part of a large old renovated farmhouse. But you're in your own space. You have your own entrance.

A small but cozy living dining room.

A queen size bed.

A bathroom with shower.

And maybe most, a view. The view is different from the living room and bedroom.

From the living room, you look over 50 km of fields, forests up to hills in the distance.

From the bedroom, the view curves upward. You're looking at the highest large field being farmed in all of Canada.

Everywhere, sky.

No smoking. Pets welcome.

Included:

Fully equipped kitchenette: stove, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, dishes, pots and pans.

Satellite TV. Wireless internet.

Sheets and towels.

Lawn chairs and benches. A small hibachi. A wooden patio table and chairs.

There is also a fire ring. Great for a marshmallow roast.

North Hatley, Magog, and Orford.

Winter activities: alpine skiing and downhill skiing at Orford; cross country skiing right outside the door; skating.

Summer activities: 3 km to Lake Lyster. Swimming, boating, canoeing.

Restaurants and nightlife all around. Everything from gourmet dining to pubs to pizza parlors.
