You enter. You are in a large open-concept living and dining space.
Three huge patio doors open onto a view over the landscaped greens and from there to the sugarloaf hills that rise all around.
Three other patio doors open onto a view over more landscaped greens and from there to the ocean, which is a short 10-minute walk away through a three-shaded path.
The furnishings are sleek, simple, elegant, modern.
In the corner of the room is an entertainment section with a large flatscreen, dvd player and cd player.
The dining room table is large enough for 6. In fact, it would be easily large enough for 8.
The kitchen is state of the art, with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher.
The balcony overlooks the landscaped golf course, with several small lakes.
There are 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, as well as a private terrace.
Both bedrooms have double beds.
If there is a fifth person, there is the comfort of the living room couch.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower.
Downstairs there is a large pool, plus a small play area and pool for children.
The pool area is very private, always with one side shaded - excellent for the warm weather of Acapulco.
