On the ground floor, you also find the main bathroon, which has a bathtub with shower.

Then you go upstairs to a large mezzanine, with a huge flatscreen television. There is also a futon, great to accommodate 2 people.

The mezzanine also has a study area.

Extra features are the skylights and the walkway which extends from the mezzanine to a second (closed) terrace area.

Further, there is a powder room on the mezzanine.

From the loft, one steps out onto a deck with patio furniture and a view onto downtown Montreal.
