Holiday weekend supplement:
Please add 50$CAN per week for Easter, Victoria Day, Memorial Day (US), Independence Day (US), Labour Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving (CAN & US).

F1 - Formula One - Grand Prix:
3 or 4 nights - 1.4 x weekly rate

During Jazz Fest (end of June to early July):
Please add 100$CAN to listed rate

Conditions:
A deposit is requested on booking, balance due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested - it will be returned after final inspection.
