high season = 1299-1399$ per wk

Special rates apply during festivals, events and holidays.

Short stay:
3-night stay minimum = 65% of wk rate
4-night stay = 75% of wk rate
5-night stay = 85% of wk rate
6-night stay = 95% of wk rate

Holiday weekends:
Winter holiday = rate x 1.25
Easter = rate x 1.5
Victoria Day - (CDA) = rate x 1.5
Memorial Day - US = rate x 1.5
Independence Day - US = rate x 1.25
Labor Day ) = rate x 1.5
Thanksgiving - CDA / Columbus Day - US = rate x 1.5
Thanksgiving - US = rate x 1.25

Special dates:
Grand Prix = rate is wk x 2
Jazz Festival = rate x 1.25

Conditions:
A deposit will be requested on booking, balance is due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested. Security deposit will be
returned after final inspection.
