January, February and March = 695$CAN per wk

April and May = 795$CAN per wk

June (till June 22) = 895$CAN per wk

June 22 to Labor Day = 995$CAN per wk

September = 895$CAN per wk

October = 795$CAN per wk

November to December 20 = 695$CAN per wk

December 20 to January 03 = 895$CAN per wk

Short stay:
3-night stay minimum = 60% of wk rate
4-night stay = 70% of wk rate
5-night stay = 80% of wk rate
6-night stay = 90% of wk rate

Holiday weekend supplement:
Please add 50$CAN for: Easter, Victoria Day, Memorial Day (US), Independence Day (US), Labor Day, Columbus Day (US), Thanksgiving (CAN & US).

During Jazz Fest (end of June to early July):
Please add 100$CAN to listed rate

Conditions:
A deposit is requested on booking, balance due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested - it will be returned after final inspection.
