Short stay:
3-night stay minimum = 65% of wk rate.
4-night stay = 75% of wk rate
5-night stay = 85% of wk rate
6-night stay = 95% of wk rate

Holiday weekends:
Easter (Mar 21-24 - Sun 23rd) = rate x 1.5
Victoria Day - CDA (May 16-20 - Mon 19th) = rate x 1.5
Memorial - US (May 23-27 - Mon 26th) = rate x 1.5
Independence Day - US (July 4-7 - Fri 4th) = rate x 1.25
Labor Day (Aug 29 - Sept 2) = rate x 1.5

Special dates:
Formula 1 Montreal, F1 Montreal, Grand Prix F1 (June 5-9) =
weekly rate x 2
Jazz Festival (June 26-July 7) = weekly rate x 1.25

Conditions:
A deposit will be requested on booking, balance is due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested. Security deposit will be
returned after final inspection.
