This was once part of a wealthy Victorian home, but the area changed later on. Now the area is slowly being revitalized.

It is still not an ideal family area. There's lots of night life, for instance, just a couple of blocks away - so it's more suitable for those who are looking to go out.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is renovated and fully equipped, including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The dining table seats 6.

Off the kitchen is a deck, 8' x '8, shaded by trees. There is patio furniture and a barbeque.

At the front of the house is a large double room. It is both a bedroom and living area. . The bed is queen size.

The second bedroom also has a queen size bed.

The small third bedroom has a sleeper sofa (double).

Plus there is a Murphy bed (a bed that folds up against the wall, into a closet).

The bathroom has the original clawed bathtub.

This is a Montreal vacation rental and short term holiday home in an emerging area. Lots of night life not far away. Also close to the metro - within a couple of blocks.
