June 19 to September 08 = 1199$CAN per wk

September 08 to October 31 = 999$CAN per wk

November to December 20 = 799$CAN per wk

December 20 to January 03 = 899$CAN per wk for 4
Please add 100$CAN for up to 6 people.

Short stay:
3-night stay minimum = 65% of wk rate.
4-night stay = 75% of wk rate
5-night stay = 85% of wk rate
6-night stay = 95% of wk rate

Holiday weekends (2009):
Winter holiday (Feb 21- Mar 7) = rate x 1.25
Easter (April 10-13) = rate x 1.5
Victoria Day - (CDA) (May 15-19) = rate x 1.5
Memorial - US (May 22-26) = rate x 1.5
Independence Day - US (July 2-6) = rate x 1.25
Labor Day (Sept 4 to 8 ) = rate x 1.5
Thanksgiving - CDA / Columbus Day - US (Oct 9-13) = rate x 1.5
Thanksgiving - US (Nov 25-29) = rate x 1.25

Jazz Festival (July 1-12) = rate x 1.25

Conditions:
A deposit will be requested on booking, balance is due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested. Security deposit will be
returned after final inspection.
