April = 695$CAN per wk, for up to 4

May = 895$CAN per wk, for up to 6

June (till June 22) = 995$CAN per wk, for up to 6

June 22 to after Labour Day = 1095$CAN per wk, for up to 6

September (after Labour Day) = 895$CAN per wk, for up to 6

October = 795$CAN per wk, for up to 6

November = 695$CAN per wk, for up to 4

Dec (up to Dec 20) = 595$CAN per wk, for up to 4

December 20 to January 03 = 795$CAN per wk, for up to 4

Short stay:
2-night or 3-night stay = 65% of wk rate
4-night stay = 70% of wk rate
5-night stay = 80% of wk rate
6-night stay = 90% of wk rate

Holiday weekend supplement:
Please add 50$CAN for: Easter, Memorial Day (US), Independence Day (US), Labor Day, Thanksgiving (US).
Please add100$CAN for: Victoria Day, Thanksgiving (CAN) / Columbus Day (US).

F1 - Formula One - Grand Prix:
up to 4 nights - 1.5 x weekly rate
Additional person - 200$ for the duration

During Jazz Fest (end of June early July)
Please add 100$CAN to listed rate

Sept 2 - Dec 20 = 2350$CAN per month, all inclusive (high speed internet,
phone, electricity, heating, etc) - When rented for the full period.
Jan 4 - April 30 = 2350$CAN per month, all inclusive (high speed internet,
phone, electricity, heating, etc) -When rented for the full period.



Conditions:
A deposit is requested on booking, balance due on arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested - 
it will be returned after final inspection.
