There is a second, totally separate room (150 square feet) reached by a short corridor. This room - with 2 more windows - includes the kitchen, a dining area, and a second sleeping area with a fold-out single.

Outside the windows is a large green space with many mature trees, made private by a very large hedge. There are lots of birds outside the windows, hopping and singing - from cardinals to chickadees and woodpeckers.

The kitchen has a door, giving privacy to the 2 separate sleeping spaces.
